Organisational assessment
Decisions about the management and design of an organisation often benefit from measurement of specific aspects.
This may include:
. effectiveness of the current organisation structure and processes as experienced in the work of staff;
. corporate culture, encompassing pervasive aspects of management style, interpersonal relations, shared values, and beliefs;
. implicit strategies, being the business priorities as understood by the organisation`s personnel, and which underlie many of their decisions and actions.
In assessing and depicting these aspects, and counterpoising them against the strategy and structure, we help management to clearly visualise what exists and to take steps to institute appropriate change.
